First I paid $8 for a program that did not work. I tried a different dvd and instead of playing it directed me to the Microsoft store where I was told I had to Pay again for a new app that woul read a vob file. I still can not play dvds. This is an old technology and I am surprised that Microsoft forces us into Windows 10 that will not use an old tehnology. Instead of playing I was directed to an outside company that wants to sell me $6 Apps that do not work

Your portrayal of this product is misleading. I thought I would be able to play DVDs, not video files copied to a computer from a DVD. Some of those files are extremely large. I want a refund. I just want to play
DVDs from my DVD drive and your product doesn’t do that, even though it says that it plays DVDs. Let me know how I can get my money back.
